Notably, he is the founder of FunkJazz Kafé Arts & Music Festival, which recently celebrated its 30th anniversary in Atlanta, Georgia. Orr is also a producer of “Maynard”; the documentary on former Atlanta mayor and visionary, Maynard Jackson.
